amouse bouche, entrée, plat and dessert
I had something veloute for ab... followed by a garden foie gras
choose bar for my poisson plat, my friend got red mullet both were amazing , best I had so far cuisson and flavor
pork roast for viande... others got magret de canard... both nicely done and simple garnish with it. amazing too
finish with a strawberry dessert and truffles :)
would definitely go back for more!!!
